Step 1

Our Support Coordinators work alongside you to understand your needs and desires and identify your goals so we can build the best support plan for you.

Step 2

Our Support Coordinators contact a range of appropriate service providers to gauge their availability, discuss your options and arrange a meeting for you to meet with them to allow you to make the right choice. This allows you to have control of your support, and organise agreements, services and prices to ensure that you are getting the most out of your budget.

Step 3

At LotUs Assist, our Support Coordinators will provide ongoing support for you throughout your NDIS plan to ensure that everything is running smoothly. When your plan is up for review, we can assist with that too.
