Life development supports

We provide a range of support services designed to help you get the most out of your NDIS plan and live the life you want.

Accommodation and tenancy management

If you’re planning on moving or have issues with your current accommodation, we can help. Under the NDIS people with disabilities can be supported in finding appropriate accommodation including:

  • Group homes
  • Independent housing options
  • Private rentals
  • Social housing.

We can also help you manage your tenancy to ensure you’re safe, secure, and comfortable in a home that’s suited to your needs.

Transport to appointments or to access social supports

Transport support empowers you to travel independently. We can provide public transport training to help you engage in social or economic activities and actively participate in your community.

Life skills development

We here to help you be as independent as possible by continuing to develop key life skills like:

  • Budgeting and financial literacy
  • Cooking meals, menu planning, meal preparation and shopping.
    • We specialise in improving your skills by helping you learn how to use all-in-one cooking appliances that make your time in the kitchen a bit easier.
  • Gardening, lawn maintenance and yard work.

Mental Health

We specialise in supporting participants with a psychosocial disability under the NDIS. Working with numerous organisations that specialise in Mental Health across the Central Coast and Hunter New England region. We have a Statement of Cooperation with Hunter New England Health that allows us to work directly with Allied Health Professionals across the region.

Our staff all have varying backgrounds in Mental Health, from education and training or a lived experience as a carer or family member of someone with a mental illness. We’re committed to keeping up to date with industry standards to ensure we provide the best possible support for your unique situation.
