Step 1
Our Support Coordinators take time to understand your needs and identify your goals so you get the best support plan for you. Your situation is unique, which means your support plan should be too.
Step 2
We contact a range of appropriate service providers to find out their availability, discuss your options and arrange a meeting so you can get to know them before choosing the right one for you. This allows you to have control of your support, and organise agreements, services and prices that make the most of your budget.
Step 3
You receive ongoing support throughout your NDIS plan to ensure that everything is running smoothly. When your plan is up for review, we can help with that too. We’ll coordinate reports from your support providers, including therapists, so the NDIS has the evidence required to provide reasonable and necessary funding for your next plan.
